Jason Wyrick’s life was changed by going Vegan and reversing his diabetes! He became the first vegan chef to teach in the world-famous Le Cordon Bleu program at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and is a NY Times bestselling author. He believes that eating clean does not mean compromising on flavor.

Jason co-wrote 21 Day Weight Loss Kickstart, provided food editing, and contributed recipes to Blue Zones Kitchen.

He has been featured on national TV, the NY Times, LA Times, VegNews, Vegetarian Times, and other major publications. He has taught classes around the world for professionals and assisted in product development for several mid to large-scale national companies.

He has cooked for celebrities, tech moguls, and politicians like Corey Booker, and was invited to cook for the First Family. He believes that food should be accessible, healthy, and sustainable without compromising on flavor.
